Party, Sarsstock,Warped,and Buffalo!
Ok i could either clean my room, or write an entry..so entry it is. I wrote a list at work yesterday of the last week, haha....thats what it has gotten to, how sad.
awww i left it in my locker, so i guess i have to wing it. Here goes.
Tuesday July 29th- I had that day off. Got ready for Alex' big hawaiian party. I think me, Tarah, and Alison headed down to Alex's around 6ish, and got the drinking started. Wow i was super surprised that everyone followed the theme of Hawaiian. Everyone looked GREAT!!! there was alot of people at the party. I had a huge thing of Malibu Rum and i was slightly buzzed. Weird. Well there was alot of dancing, and goodtimes. Around 10:30, me, Lisa, Robin, and Lindsay W headed to Whitby. It was Lindsays 19th bday, and she wanted to go to a MALE strip club for her bday. So we went to this place in Whitby. OH MAN, SOOOOO FUNNY!!!!!! hahahahhahahahahahahahahhaahaha, it was great fun. This one stripper was hottt, and he got completly naked. It was so funny. Sorry im laughing thinking about it. We stayed til about 12ish, headed back to Alex's party, but it looked like noone was there *but found out everyone was still there*, so i went to sleep.
Wednesday July 30th- This was SarsStock day or offically "Molson Canadian Rocks for Toronto" concert. Hmm we *me, Tarah, Robin, Alison, and Lisa* all met at the GO station around 11, and headed downtown. I was surrpised that we acually got a seat on both the Train and the subway going down to Downsview Park. Once we got there it was around 1ish-2..We waited in a HUGE crowb of people outside the gates for a good hour and half, and FINALLY got in around 3:30ish..WOw, it was sooo overwelming, being there with 500,00 other people. We find a place in front of one of the big screens, and enjoyed the show. LiNDSAY W met up with us. By 8ish people were standing up, so we had to move. The Guess WHo and ACDC were my favorite acts of the day!! So great. We left a little into Rolling Stones performance. There were SOOOO many people waiting at the Wilson subway station, so we walked about 30 minutes to the Young Line, and got a seat on the subway. We made it to Union Station with 1 minute to spare. We jumped on the Train, and made it back to Pickering around 1ish. Not too bad considering they were saying people would not make it home til 4 in the morning. Wow ive never been so tired in my life.
Thursday July 31- I worked. I wasnt feeling so great, and wanted to go home and sleep..but that didnt happen. I ended up going to bed at 9pm that night.
Friday August 1-Worked again. That night we all wanted to take it easy, so Alison and Lisa came over here, and we played some Hockey Monopoly. Tarah cleaned the board..headed to McShits, than bed time it was.
Saturday Aug. 2- WARPED TOUR DAY!!!! sO Excited. Me and Lisa met up with Robin at her house *at 8:30 in the morning*. After some trouble with phones, etc, we FINALLY left pickering around 9ish. The trip to Barrie wasnt that bad, a bit of traffic here and there, but we made it there aourn 11ish. There was a huge line to get into Molson Park since the gates didnt open til 12, so we waited. Started to POUR, and thankfully Lisa brought this HUGE tarp *we named travis*. It started with us opening it alittle for us 3 girls, but than we opened it ALL THE Way, and there must of been 30 of us under this thing, moving with the line. Very funny. We got in around 1ish. Just in time for The Ataris at 1:30. I made my way to the very front for this show. So gooood....!!!! I got a little injured in the pit, but it was worth it!!!:) It was pouring for hours that day, so we all got soaked. We walked around a lot looking at the bands merch tables. Lots of free stuff!! I got me a Ataris tee, and a Vans tanktop, plus a free Vans hat:) We met the guys from Bowling For Soup, lots of fun! We watched them play, and they were AWESOME!!! SOOOO FUNNY, we were laughing the whole time! I would pay to see them again! We spent some time in the beer tent, not the best day for beer as we were freezin cold. We stayed to the very end, and watched the last performance of Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. They were AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! The show ended around 8:30, got outta there, and ended up back in Pickerin around 10:30.straight to bed for me.
Sunday Aug 3-Worked. Bed.
Monday Aug 4th-Buffalo day. Woke up super early. We *me, tarah, lindsay W, Lindsay G, and Lisa* all met up at Robins house at like 9am, and off on a road trip we went. We drove down to Buffalo New York for the annual shopping trip. Crossing the board was stupid, as the customs lady was a fucking bitch..grrrr....but we finally got to the mall in Buffalo around 12?? i dont remember when we got there. But i do know we spent a LOT of money and spent over 4 hours in that mall. It was a lot of fun thou, lots of jokes, and got lots of nice clothes. I ended up getting a white tee, black jeans, a kaiki skirt, a black dress, and a belt. Coming back to Canada, lisa ended up knowing the customs guy, but we had to play taxed this year:( I only paid 14 dollars, but still:( We stopped in St Catties for dinner *awwww the same Jack Astors i went with people from my house..*. Good food:) We finnaly got back tp Pickering around 10ish. It was GREAT DAY!!!:)
Tuesday Aug 5th-worked. After work, i was planning on going to bed early, but i talked to Lisa, and we decided to go see a movie. So me, Lisa, Lindsay W, Mark and Peter went to PTC and saw American Pie 3. It was really funny. Personally i like the 2nd one the best, but this one was still good! Would have been better if they had the other characters in it, or at least told the audience what happened to everyone who wasnt in it....bah....
Wednesday Aug 6th-Worked....did nothing last night...
Today!!! I have today off work, so i hit up the mall earlyer today. Got some stuff, and now im just relaxing, and hoping time goes by quicker. Tonight everyone is going to Bobcayeons in Pickering to celebrate Lindsay-o G's birthday! yipppppy!!! excited!! Anyways thats about it. Saturday is Tarahs 18th bday, so i think we are going to Bingo tommrowa night:) Saturday-WAKESTOCK!!! BOOO-YA!!! bye bye
