My life is now complete!
I can honestly say if i died tonight, i would die a VERY happy girl. And no i didnt get laid*or thats what ill make you think, mwhahaha*, and no this isnt an invitation to come kill me now *even thou im sure a few of you are thinking that*....
Lets get back to last night shall we...So if ya live in ontario or the GTA, we all know its been crazy snowing around here. Well that wasnt gonna stop me and the girls from going to a party in Whitby. Lisa's friend from high school invited her to a party, and told her to bring hot girls, so who does she invite, ya the 3 of the hottest girls, me, tarah, and robin. As i said in my last entry i wasnt in the mood for drinking. Wait let me rephrase that cause im always in the mood to drink, i just didnt NEEED to drink last night, so i offered to drive. Convinced my mom to let me have the car, even though the roads were TERRIBLE. so me and tarah head off, pick up lisa and robin. Now as we were getting onto the 401 at Whites Road, im going pretty slow, and the snow-plows had just been clearing the highway, leaving those little walls of snow on the side.....As im going down the onramp, we hit this kinda barrier of snow, i have no control over the car, and the car swirves on the highway...tarah is SCREAMING, as the front of the car hits the guard-rail, and the car is now facing the oppsoite direction of traffic pretty much. We all start kinda freaking out, i start shaking, and we dont know what the hell to do. "WHO DO WE CALL...ahhh" Someone metioned calling 911, but that wasnt the right thing to do as a)noone is hurt b)noone eles is really involved. So tarah calls my mom, pretty much saying the WRONG things you say to your parents "Mom, we got in an accident on the 401". YA, that right there pretty much gave my mom a heart attack. This guy acually pulled over as he saw us swrive out, and he comes over to the car. IM Sstill in shock, and i get out of the car and me and the guy look at the front of the car to see any damage. He said we didnt hit hard, because the air-bags didnt go off. From what we saw there was no damage and if anything only scratches. Still freaked out, i ask him what the hell i do, since i wasnt gonna reverse on the highway to get back in the right way, but he helped us out, and we just did a U-TURN when lucky there was no cars coming. woo...it took us like an hour to get to whitby *which normally takes not even 10 minutes* cause the roads were terrrible and everyone was going 20 km/hr. So we got to the party around 11, called my mom told her everything was ok, blah blah...Looked at the car, and there was only a little scratch and the lisence plate was kinda indented. I banged up my knees thou, so i have a few brusies from them hitting SOMETHING, i thing the stering wheel, or summin. Anyways so ya we went to this giuy andrew party. There was acually a good amount of people there.. played some carded games, some pool, ya ya...good times. I was really tired, and just wanted to be home where i didnt have to drive in the stupid snow anymore...Lucky we got home in one piece!!!!
So today. My day from heaven. Well we all know me and tarah came up with the idea to get Toronto Maple Leafs tickets for my parents *and us* for christmas. Let me say first off leaf tickets are IMPOSSIBLE to get, and they weRE NOTTTT cheap!!!!!!!!!! But thankful with lindsay-o's help we got 2 pairs of seats. So got all ready this morning, and the fam headed downtown around 3. We got downtown, and headed to the resturant "Wayne Gretzky" for dinner. We have been there before, and loved it to death, so we thought it was only right to go there before the hockey game. So ya ya, alot of leaf fans there. So anyways we are about to eat our dinner, when my dad says "Hey there is Mr. Gretzky". We all turn as Wayne Gretzkys father, walter comes over to our table and greets us with a hand shake. Everyone in the resturant looks over as walter gretzky is standing there, talking to us, asking us about US. We are eating dinner with THE GREAT ONES FATHER! who DOES THIS. So we get a few pictures with him, get his autograph, and showly he gets STORMED with people right in front of our table. This went on for 45 minutes until we left. He is one of the most nicest people you will ever meet, he honestly truly cares, and most famous people would only put up with photos and signs for like 5 minutes, but he just kept going, with a smile on his face, as the waitresses came by MANY times to tell him his food was waiting on the table. It was realllly cooool! By the time we were ready to go, he had finally stopped getting drawn to *i think by this time everyone and their grandma in the resturant had this autograph*, and he came over, shook our hands again, and we JOKED around with him, telling us it was our fault, and acting as if we knew him for 10 years. HAHA my dad felt all proud after as he was like "HE LAUGHED at one of my jokes!" hahahah. IT WAS good times:) Ill definaly put up the pictures when i get them back!!!
So we left there around 5:30, and headed over to the Air Canada Center. We get in there, and we met Ron Ellis who was a great hockey player back in the 60's and on for the maple leafs. He was a REALLY nice guy, got his autograph as well, and a picture!!! Oh man...So we go in, and AHHH i cant descrobe how great it was....EEEE, me and tarah sat together, and we went up to our seats, and even thoug there were like the nose bleeds, they were AMASING seats!!!!! I got me a beer, and the game began!!! a REALLY good game. Eddie is my hero, i want to have his kids, and marry him, and all that lovely stuff. the best was the EDDIE EDDDIE EDDDIE chants! The devils outshot the leafs 51 to 19, so you damn well know who was the first star of the game, EDDDIE EDDDIE EDDDIE! i Saw my other lover, McCabe:P OH man, definatly one of the best days i can remember:) :) :) :) Leafs won 2 to 1:) Met up with the parents, who had an AMASING time, and the whole walk back to the car we could stop talking about the game...That is really a once in a life time thing, and it was DAMN well worth every penny we spent:)
ahhh i can die happy now......Tommrowa i go back to school, and im damn excited, cause i started thinking that i might be getting a new roommate, or i might have a super single. Than i remember my Vicki T wouldnt be back...it is NOT gonna be the same:( I was talking to some Brock people today on MSN and alot of them are already back at school, so i cant wait to see them alllllll....eeeee..i feel like a little school girl right now..i feel all giddy and eeeeeee...Ok well im definaly tired, so im going to bed and dreaming of EDDIE:) hahaha oh and good luck to the canadian boys tommrowa, RUSSIA AND CANADA for gold:) :) definatly gonna be watching that:) owwwwwwwwwwwww.........:)
